Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the ceramic or glass items in their original protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned teaware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
